Hey! I'm Juliana and I thrive in dynamic environments, especially when building products from scratch!
Recently, I graduated with an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Business Development. Throughout my journey, I founded a startup (even though it didn’t work, I learned so much!) and launched two products from initial concept to market. I've also collaborated with major Brazilian companies to shape new products.... As you can see, I’m always up to take on new challenges.
A bit about me
Previous experiences
Before my product journey, I worked as a visual designer in an agency in Australia and a theatre in Brazil. I've also earned a Bachelor of Design from USP (University of São Paulo), one of the most prestigious universities in South America. I took part in Stanford University's global innovation program, collaborating with Brazilian and Swedish students to solve complex challenges using IDEO and Stanford D-school methodologies.
In 2018, I won a scholarship to Melbourne, where I led a UX research project on knowledge sharing at Design Factory Melbourne, an Australian university design hub. Over six months, I explored several human-centered design tools. Beyond design, this time in Melbourne was a personal adventure! I discovered a love for camping, gave vegetarianism a try, and even met my soulmate.

Beyond design
I can talk for days about design, but I also love….
Travelling
Going somewhere different from what you're used to is an amazing enriching experience. My last adventure? A month-long backpacking trip from Estonia to Sweden.
Running
It's more than just exercise, it’s a mental reset. Nothing is better for clearing my mind, getting that endorphin boost while enjoying a guilt-free playlist.
Making bread
Sourdough takes time, but it’s so worth it! A hands-on, yummy therapy. If my starter survived a trip from Australia to Brazil, it can survive anything.
